HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR THE ITEM TO BE DELIVERED IN UAE?

It takes 1 - 3 business days to deliver and item within UAE and up to 7 days to anywhere in the GCC. We do our maximum to make sure we display our accurate stock information on the website. However under rare circumstances the delivery may be delayed in case of any unforeseen circumstances such as the product being out of stock due to a mistake in our system. In such cases, UBER reserves the right to inform the customer and cancel the order or propose alternate products.

IS THE DELIVERY FREE OF CHARGE?

No. We charge a flat fee for delivery within the UAE for 30AED. For Orders to any GCC Country plus Jordan the shipping is calculated automatically on checkout based on the weight of the chosen products.

DO YOU DELIVER ITEMS OUTSIDE UAE?

Yes, buy items online from our website and select your delivery destination under shipping address. The shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination country.
Once we get the order we will send your online transaction details to the bank for verification. After receiving the confirmation from the bank, we will process your order and ship it to the address.

CAN I RETURN THE ITEM IF I DON’T WANT IT AFTER RECEIVING IT?

If you are not satisfied by your purchase, there is a money back guarantee. You should return your purchase within 7 days of receiving the item and claim a full refund excluding any shipping fee. Note the item must be in sellable condition with its original packaging and undamaged.

HOW DO I PLACE A COD (PAY CASH ON DELIVERY) ORDER ONLINE?

While placing the order after you have entered the billing and shipping addresses, under Payment options, you may choose “Cash On Delivery”.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AND COLLECT THE ITEM FROM STORE?

Yes, items ordered can be collected from our office after your order is placed.

HOW CAN I AVAIL THE 0% EPP (EASY PAYMENT PLAN) FOR ONLINE ORDERS?

Please check with your bank for EPP option before making an order online. Once you place the order online, simply inform your bank and they will guide you through the process.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW WHILE SHOPPING ONLINE AT UBER.ae?

Try to use your official email id
Give maximum possible details about your shipping address along with Landmarks. This will help the delivery person to reach you fast and easily.
While paying through Credit card, please make sure you do not press the payment button twice. This can create technical issues.

In cases where the FMU (Fraud Management Unit) require verification, we may ask for certain documents (Proof of ID and Copy of the Credit Card.)

IS THE PAYMENT SAFE AND SECURE?

Yes, your payment happens online through our 3D secure payment gateway which is Visa verified and MasterCard secured. Your details remain private to you as we do not handle any credit card numbers or information.The information is handled by Mashreq Bank directly through a 3D secure payment.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may cancel your order at any time before the item is dispatched. Once the item is dispatched the shipping fee will be charged and is non-refundable. Once the item is received you may return the item at your own cost and claim your money back guarantee for a refund.

I HAVE BEEN DELIVERED A WRONG ITEM! WHAT NOW?

You may refuse to accept the item while delivery. In case of a packed item, do not open the original package. The specifications will be available on the box. Verify the details and contact us to arrange collection and item replacement. The courier charge for collection and delivery of replacement will be paid for by UBER.

HOW DO I REQUEST FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY?

All UBER products (Except accessories) come with a standard warranty and range from 1 year to a lifetime warranty. Please check the product detail page of the item you are interested in for the individual warranty terms.

ARE ALL ITEMS SOLD AT uber.ae NEW?

Yes, all products advertised on uber.ae are new, we order directly from the authorized supplier in the region so each item you receive will come with the original manufacturer’s packaging.

Can I add Extended Warranty after I pay for my order?

Extended Warranty can be added for 1 year and 2 years after you make an order. Please contact us on support@uber.ae if you have any queries regarding this.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE RECEIVED AN ITEM THAT IS DEAD ON ARRIVAL (not working)

Please contact our support@uber.ae and we will arrange the item to be collected, then send to the service center to check the problem and verify if the product is not damaged physically. If there is no physical damage and the product is deemed to be defective a replacement will be sent out to you immediately.
